Industrial Engineer(Fresher)

• Job level: Fresher/Entry level

Report to: Manufacturing Head
Main duties:
• Defining & optimizing process/machine parameters to achive both quality & efficiency.
• Work with manufacturing line leaders, process leaders and supervisors to make sure all aligned with project's requirements, coordinate with production team for productivity improvement;
• Collecting data and analyzing problems related to wasting and defects in the manufacturing process
• Controlling and Monitoring capacity and efficiency of the lines.
• identifies and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering.
• English: Communication
• MS Office
• Knowledge about technical knowledge such as industrial electricity, automation, mechanics, machine building, mechatronics, industrial administration, production management, etc...
• Good at problem solving and analytical skills, able to analyze data/information from different areas of business.
• Can use solid work, Auto cad 2D, 3D is a plus.
• Can use Lean, Six Sigma tools….
