QA Supervisor

• Working location: Linh Trung III IP, Trang Bang, Tay Ninh
• Level: Supervisor
• Report to: QA/QC Manager

Purpose:

• Manage & control inspection activities related to product quality.
• Ensure that all products import, and export warehouse must meet quality requirements.
• Maintain production / quality activities of the factory according to an international standard system and ensure product safety.

Main duties:

Responsibility: 

• Manage staff to operate in accordance with ISO standards.
• Directly implement and supervise staff to record and store quality records in accordance with ISO standards.
• Quality control of output products in accordance with ISO standards.
• Control product quality during production in accordance with ISO standards.
• Directly inspect and supervise the quality of products and materials according to standards.
• Cooperate with Production to create quality products.
• Report to QA/QC Manager when detecting quality-related problems that do not meet the standards.
• Comply with the rules and regulations of the company as well as the factory
• Report daily work status to QA/QC Manager.
• Perform other tasks when required.

Power: 

• Replace the QA/QC Manager to handle work and assign work to staffs when the Head of Department is absent.
• Do not allow import and export of unsatisfactory products.
• Have the right to stop the use of measuring devices that do not meet the testing requirements of the authorities.
• Be trained to improve your professional and professional skills related to your work.
• Propose ideas to improve work.

• Education: Colleges, University, major: Chemical, Polymer…
• English: Communication
• MS Office: Good
• Having 3 years of experience in a similar position, preference candidates with experience in the packaging industry
• Knowledge of production management, quality management system, ISO
• Analysis - Problem solving - and decision making.
• Communicate/present persuasively/negotiate.
