Report to: Customer Service Manager
• Receive and respond to customer’s complaints related to the company's products and services at factory.
• Contribute ideas to improve working efficiency and minimize production costs.

Main duties:
• Develop information channels for "internal customers/external customers" to easily access information when there are complaints about product quality.
• Be the contact point for receiving all information about customer complaints, cooperate with Tay Ninh & Cu Chi's, Bac Ninh to sovle the issues.
• Study and confirm the cause of inappropriate products, with the relevant departments to correct and fix product defects to continue to occur.
• Organize to assess customer satisfaction once a year. Make the report, figure out the reason of bad reviews, customer’s, propose innovative solutions.
• All customer care activities must be established into processes, storing relevant data, finding measures to continuously improve Customer Service activities.
• Join the test vs new product development.
• Solve and propose recovery and prevention plan for each customer’s complaint.
• Other tasks:
o Perform other tasks as required.
o Prepare weekly/monthly reports and other reports.


• 3+ years of technical service or relevant experience.
• University degree: Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Prefer candidates have experience in packaging industry, have knowledge about blowing machine.
• Good communication skill (English & Vietnamese language)
• Problem solving skills..
• Independent – handling high pressure work.
