Report to: Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Head of Sales providing regular and timely reporting or updates.
• Manage day to day activities of Sales Team.
• Establish Sales Plan for Vietnam Markets and deliver/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual target volumes and revenues.
• Ensure customer pricing is accurately updated on a monthly basis based on resin pricing and updates from Commercial Team.
• Generate bi-monthly Sales updates with respect to sales volume and revenue including bright spot/hot spot commentary.
• Allocate reasonable business targets to each Sales Team member ensuring proper implementation of business plan.
• Track, verify and guide Sales Team in implementing business targets including working with customers to minimize risks.
• Work with Inside Sales Team in support of customer collections on Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) with focus on company cash flow.
• Work with Inside Sales on Days in Inventory (DII) targeting less than 30 days inventory for all customers and SKUs. Work with customer on action plans for SKUs over 30 days.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all customers, to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with Sales team member and coordinate with the Production Sites to eliminate customer complaints and resolve any complaints in a timely manner.
• Develop annual OPEX budget for the Sales Team including T&E, Sample Costs, Customer gifts, etc. according to the company's policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments (Inside,  Operations, Engineering, Commercial, etc.) to improve the business performance of the company, identify new market demand and ensure NN is making correct investments.
• Report the work and the implementation of KPIs monthly according to the company's regulations
• Other tasks under the direction of Manager.

Qualifications

Education: University Degree, majored in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant major.
- English: Proficient speaking and writing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of B2B sales, preferably working with plastic and packaging industry.
- Experience in managing a Team
- Extensive understanding of the Domestic market in general and the plastic packaging market.
- Ability to develop and execute a sales plan.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer relationship management skill.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
